This is a landscape painting of hometowns where the war victims were born.
I imagine the times when the victims looked back to their faint recollections of happy memories, which happened before their painful experiences. Their hairs lost its original colors, and the images on their memories also faded, as represented by the colorless background of this painting.
Now the landscape images are put on this colorlessness like the times when their happy memories are reminisced, and by doing so I would like all of us to think about the new stories that can be written in the present times.
I hope this artwork can help comfort the war victims on their agony and pain.
